ParticipantHave a website where we started with The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets. Then we added Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
Here is the problem (and I have seen it mentioned in the forum as an issue too):
An Update occurs to the plugins.
I update the plugins.I get a nag alert (red) that says, “To begin using Tickets Plus with WooCommerce, you need to deactivate the old legacy plugin.” and link to deactivate the plugin. Clicking on the link deactivates The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets.
This, in turn, makes the tickets disappear. And leaves me with another nag message that says, “To begin using Event Tickets Plus, please install and activate the latest version of Event Tickets.” Clicking on THAT link takes me to a page where it tells me I have the latest version installed.
Now, I CAN (and must) then reactivate The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets plugin in order for the tickets to re-appear – which then results in the original nag and we start all over.
You can see the endless circle of confusion and potential loss of revenue should one forget to reactivate The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets plugin.
PLEASE help me to resolve this.

ParticipantI believe I had as per this ticket when the new Tickets Plus was released: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-transition-to-the-new-tickets-vs-wootickets/
I verified my licensing and only the New plugin’s license is there and the old WooTickets Plugin expired on the 16th of January 2016.
On a whim, I deactivated all the licences and started the moving process over. It all appears correct now and no more nag.
It is now OK to delete “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” plugin? I am assuming so but would like confirmation before actually doing that.

Yes, you can totally go ahead and delete “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” plugin, in fact I would recommend it.
