MemberHey Barry,
To reproduce this you actually need to do the reverse:
1. Create an event with a new venue whose address is 1234 foo bar, Brooklyn, NY, USA, 11222.
2. Check out your event.
3. Edit the venue to be in Canada and set the State or Province to Ontario.
4. Check out your event in NY, Canada http://brooklynbrewery.com/blog/event/slideluck-potshow-toronto-iii-cooper-cole-gallery/There is no caching and the country and other information is updating as expected.
The template is calling

Member@Rob Nope. His response was to the second part of @Andy’s question.
It’s not a huge deal, but I was trying to figure out if I can display posts and events with the same category/taxonomy. I don’t think it’s easily possible though.

MemberAndy, did you ever figure out how to include events in the category results page?

MemberI am still having the issue after changing permalink settings. You can see here that SOME of the results are returning the correct path, but not every one. http://brooklynbrewery.com/blog/?s=SMORGASBREWERY If you look at the next to last result, it’s still linking to the 1970 date.

MemberJust to be clear, I’m still seeing this issue with The Events Calendar Version 2.0.3, Events Calendar PRO Version 2.0.3, and WordPress 3.3.1.

MemberDid this get addressed in the last release? I am still showing it as an error after upgrading, but wanted to check.

MemberI actually think my ‘Next event’ link issue was solved by having the same tec/tec pro version! I’ll make sure to update both from now on.
Thanks Rob. Keep enjoying those Brooklyns!

MemberActually, I spoke too soon. It fixed my next event link, but not my search result.

MemberHey,
It looks like that fixes it as well as the issue I’m having here with the next link – https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/another-events-rss-feed-question/
Thanks for looking into it.
Caleb

MemberJust updated the events pro to Version 2.0.2 and it still has this issue.
Caleb
MemberThanks for the update Rob.
I think the issue is when I try to delete an event and select the “Delete Just This Occurrence” option, it’s moving all of them to the trash.
I’m going to try to dig into the next event issue and figure out what’s going on. I’ll let you know if I find anything.

MemberYea, sorry for posting in the wrong place. This is indeed an issue I’m seeing with the events calendar.
You can see it here. http://brooklynbrewery.com/blog/?s=bazaar

MemberSide question, I don’t think it’s possible, but can I remove an event in a series of recurring events?
For instance, I want to remove the events on Christmas and New Year’s without deleting the entire event series.
I don’t think it is possible, but wanted to see with you first.
