MemberWhen setting a custom state/province, it still picks up the incorrect state used by the ‘chosen’ jQuery plugin.
For instance, http://brooklynbrewery.com/blog/venue/cooper-cole-gallery/ is still displaying ‘NY’ as the province, even though we have entered ‘Ontario’ as the province.

MemberHi Caleb,
This isn’t something I can replicate – can you confirm the steps I would need to follow to see this? Here is what I tried:
1. I edited a venue which had it’s province set to British Columbia
2. I changed this to Alberta and updated. This change was reflected on the venue page.I then repeated this an selected Arizona from the US (I guess to emulate using the ‘chosen’ jQuery plugin – is that what you mean?) and again there was no problem.
Is it possible that this is a caching issue? Are you using W3 Total Cache or a similar plugin?

MemberHey Barry,
To reproduce this you actually need to do the reverse:
1. Create an event with a new venue whose address is 1234 foo bar, Brooklyn, NY, USA, 11222.
2. Check out your event.
3. Edit the venue to be in Canada and set the State or Province to Ontario.
4. Check out your event in NY, Canada http://brooklynbrewery.com/blog/event/slideluck-potshow-toronto-iii-cooper-cole-gallery/There is no caching and the country and other information is updating as expected.
The template is calling

MemberHi Caleb – ok, I see that now. Thanks for taking the time to report this: I have raised this as an issue with the developers and although the fix might just miss the next release (2.0.9) hopefully it will be included for 2.1.
In the interim, if you need a workaround, you could edit your custom full-address.php template – changes are detailed here:
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused – but hopefully you can take things from here and get back on track until this is fixed in a future version.
If you need any further help please let me know.
