ParticipantHi Lyse,
Perhaps you have some unclosed tags somewhere? That is the only other thing I can think of. After running your site through the W3C validator it looks like you’ve got a stray unclosed div: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://kelownafuturestennis.com/event/kft-itf-pro-circuit-daypass-tuesday – this could be the source of the issue. Try clearing that up first.

ParticipantHi symbioses,
There are no threads or code samples that I know of. You’ll just need to keep digging or wait for 3.0. If you’re interested, I could also supply you with a list of agencies that may be able to assist you with this for pay. Let me know.
Cheers,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi David,
Thanks for this. That other thread you referenced is still on open ticket we are taking a look at. As soon as I know more, I will post back here.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Bob,
I’ve passed this on to one of our developers to check. Thanks for the report. I’ll let you know what they get back with.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi brand76,
What you need to do is set styles at specific breakpoints or resolutions so that certains elements display differently or do not display at all. For instance, here is a snippet of common breakpoints you can use to style things differently in these devices and resolutions: http://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
Beyond that I would just suggest reading up more on responsive design and techniques and experimenting.
Good luck!

ParticipantHi Graham,
I think this could be the problem. You’re hiding the .author class in your CSS: http://cl.ly/image/2z300Z0K1d3Y – can you adjust that style so it’s more specific?

ParticipantHmmm, it looks like it could be the theme. Can you post a copy here so I can check it out on my end? You can use http://droplr.com/ to share the file.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Graham,
Do you have an example of an event I can take a look at where the HTML for the organizer is there?
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Nitin,
I got word back from our developer. He says we are currently getting the full sized image from Facebook even though Facebook doesn’t officially offer it via their API. So, you could filter the function and get a smaller size if you wanted but it should be getting the full size image already.
Let me know if you need any more help with this.

JonahJonah
ParticipantExcellent to hear Ian! I’m closing this out but feel to open up another thread if you need help with anything else.

ParticipantHi Andrew,
You might try setting up a development copy of the website so you can test things out safely. Do you have any other of our plugins or add-ons installed that could be causing this message to appear? Would you be able to provide me wp-admin access? You can post here and mark as private.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantYou’re welcome Ian, thank you! Are you all set here now?
