ParticipantHi
I added three new events/categories with each their own ticket/category earlier this morning. One works fine, two don’t. I added the following (to access website please login with username KFT and password KFTgo):
KFT ::: ITF Pro Circuit Day Pass – Tuesday, July 2, 2013
with this ticket: KFT ::: ITF Pro Circuit Day Pass – Tuesday, July 2, 2013
then added the following two:
KFT ::: ITF Pro Circuit Day Pass – Wednesday, July 3, 2013
with this ticket: KFT ::: ITF Pro Circuit Day Pass – Wednesday, July 3, 2013
KFT ::: ITF Pro Circuit Day Pass – Thursday, July 4, 2013
with this ticket: KFT ::: ITF Pro Circuit Day Pass – Thursday, July 4, 2013
The first displays in the list of tickets to purchase but not the other two. I call see all of the on the widget ADMISSION TICKETS at the bottom right of the TICKETS (Woocommerce shop) page. When I try to link any one of the two in error, I get the following reporting error:KFT ::: ITF Pro Circuit Day Pass Thursday July 4, 2013
No products found which match your selection. If I select to view any events the events do not display correctly, the page is all messed up, here’s a link:

NOTE: Nothing has changed since the last time I added an event…no update, no new plugin…
Thanks

ParticipantHi Lyse,
This is looking like a CSS issue. I see you have your #main div set to display as a table-footer-group for instance on line 192 of your style.css. That is making it display underneath the actual footer.
Does that help?

ParticipantHi Jonah,
The CSS styling comes from the parent theme which I never changed. The events and calendar always displayed correctly before the new events were added. Nothing changed to have caused this, so why would it no longer work?

ParticipantHi Lyse,
Perhaps you have some unclosed tags somewhere? That is the only other thing I can think of. After running your site through the W3C validator it looks like you’ve got a stray unclosed div: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://kelownafuturestennis.com/event/kft-itf-pro-circuit-daypass-tuesday – this could be the source of the issue. Try clearing that up first.

ParticipantHi Johah,
I found the stray end tag DIV. Does it appear to be within your files because I searched all of my files and HTML coding and there is no incorrect DIV tag (where I added divs….)This is a DEMO store fo…..
I am so desperate now to find a solution…I searched and tried all sorts of things today.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Lyse,
Unfortunately there’s not much more I can do for you. You’ll need to try and figure it out on your own or hire someone to help you. Let me know if you’d like any resources for that. You might try deactivating all other plugins again to see if that helps. Another thing to try is changing the Event Template in Events > Settings > Template.
