ParticipantHi Robert,
No update yet, we’ll get it fixed ASAP that’s all I can tell you.

ParticipantHi Markus,
Yeah that looks fine and those settings work for me in my dev environment… Have you tried clearing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks and/or deactivating plugins to see if there’s maybe a conflict?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Javier,
I’m sorry but I need to see some sort of example – either the website running, screenshots or a screencast of the problem to see what could be going on. Otherwise I have no idea what the issue could be and cannot help you.
Jonah
ParticipantHi Javier, it is enabled by default and is available by clicking on days in the calendar that have events.
Cheers,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Javier, can you please provide a link to the website where you are experiencing these issues.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Jackie,
Eventbrite’s API does not currently support setting this payment option. When they do, I’m sure we will provide it as an option. But for now, it’s out of our hands unfortunately.
I hope that answers your question but let me know if you need anything else with this.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Alex,
So let me get this straight, you are wanting to show form inputs for custom fields and taxonomies you have created outside of the plugin but associated with the tribe_events post type?
What do you mean about letting members edit tickets? There are options for controlling what members can do in Settings > The Events Calendar > Community (http://cl.ly/021v3p3Q1O080M1n1d0J) – is that what you’re looking for?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Markus,
This is easy. Date & time display should be controlled under Settings –> General, using whatever date/time settings you’ve configured for your broader WP install. So when you change it to the third time format option, this will be reflected in your forms.
I hope that helps!

ParticipantHi Tanja,
Sorry to see you are having issues. The problem is there is a conflict with a class we are using in the form and a class you are using in your theme (.bubble). Do you know what this is used for on your website? Is there a way for you to rename .bubble in your CSS and code to something else? That will remove the conflict.
I hope that helps,
JonahJonah
ParticipantAhh yes, I forgot it’s only linked by account. Sorry about that. I got your login though, thanks.
I just did a test event with tickets and it created the ticket on EB. Can you please verify this and please try creating another test event yourself. There may be some parameters with the ticket data that is causing it to fail.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Evangelia,
That’s great but sorry to hear the translation is not working. Did you follow the instructions here: https://theeventscalendar.com/faq/can-i-change-the-language-that-the-content-of-my-calendar-appears-in-on-the-site/
I beleive the name of the file should be like:
tribe-community-events-gr_GR.mo
tribe-community-events-gr_GR.po…and placed in the lang folder inside the community events plugin folder.
Can you verify you have done the above?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Ken, glad to hear you got that sorted out. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.
Jonah
ParticipantHi Ruth/Joell,
I see that you don’t have your Eventbrite API key input. Was this the case before when you were having the issue? As indicated on the add/edit event screen: http://cl.ly/1C0o1Z2B2k1K360x0k2a – you must configure this. Please verify whether or not this was in place.
