    Hi AndrĂ¡s,

    Thanks very much for your reply – that fixed it 100%! I had thought about plugin updates, but I’ve had a string of bad luck recently with other sites getting really messed up due to updated plugins not talking correctly with WordPress, themes, other plugins, etc. So I was (and am) very reluctant to update unless needed. But, that’s on me to deal with – as far as this issue goes, it is resolved, and looks like both sites were unaffected by the updates.

    Hi Cliff! Thanks so much for your reply. I’ve been using SiteOrigin CSS – I’m not CSS savvy and they have a visual CSS editor that makes a lot of sense to me and has been working well for the past year or so since I created the site. You know, since I sent this message, I’ve found a lot of other glitches with The Events Calendar following the 4.3.3 update. The ‘cost’ option disappeared, which I think was a result of me adding your Eventbrite plugin – I was able to fix that using some code I found elsewhere in the forums here. But I’ve also been having issues with the dollar sign not showing up on event cost listings, and other events that had previously been free now have that field blank instead of saying ‘free’ on the frontend. Additionally, my Image library isn’t appearing when I try to add a featured event photo, and even if I upload an image, it won’t publish it. It will publish the post, but no image. On the front end, there are the styling issues that I mentioned yesterday, but also any Events Calendar pages won’t load. For example, in the horizontal widget, if you click to go to the next week, the wheel just keeps spinning but the page never loads. That’s across the board. I’ve tried it on a couple different computers with different internet connections, but all with the same result.

    These issues seem totally random to me – like the root is from different things for each of them, and I’m sure they’re not all the fault of The Events Calendar – but can you find any common thread between them? This weekend I renewed TEC Pro and Facebook Events, and also added the Eventbrite plugin and Event Aggregator. At the same time I upgraded to 4.3.3. I did not make any updates to WordPress as it was already up to date (v 4.6.1) and I did update a handful of other plugins, though I don’t remember exactly what they all were. It was after this series of installs and updates that all these issues started appearing.

    Obviously this is a big deal for me, and I’m in the middle of a lot of deadlines for other projects, so I don’t have much time to devote to this right now. Any thoughts you might have or resources to point me to in order to help would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to hopefully help sort this out.

    Thanks so much, Geoff! Yes, I saw the refund email – very much appreciated! I have had a handful of other issues appear since updating to 4.3.3, but I’m working through those on my own and with help elsewhere in the Events Calendar Forums. No further questions about orders themselves. Thanks again for your prompt reply and for putting out and standing by such an awesome product!
