Also, the plugin does not appear to be working correctly. I have created an event, and a ticket type of “Donation”. I then edited the event and scrolled down to the “Tickets” section, and within that section I clicked the “Edit” button to edit the ticket. In the “Sell using” section, the “RSVP” option is selected. I then click the “WooCommerce” option, leaving the other fields the same as before. At the bottom of the form, I click the “Save this ticket” button. I then click the “Update” button to save the event.

However, when I browse to the event page, nothing is changed. Afterwards, if I edit the event again, scrolling down to the “Tickets” section and again click the “Edit” button to edit the ticket, the “RSVP” option is still selected. In other words, it is NOT using WooCommerce.

Can you please provide a bit more guidance? I have installed the Name Your Price plugin for WooCommerce, and although I have specified that Event Tickets Plus should use WooCommerce, it still displays as “RSVP”, with the default value of “0” above the “Confirm RSVP” button. I have also copied the “Tickets.php” file from the Event Tickets Plus plugin folder into my child theme, and added the code snippet you referred to. However, without further guidance from you, I don’t know what steps to take. In addition, the forum post you mentioned has many redacted comments, so there is no context, and I literally have NO IDEA what needs to be done.

Finally, there is also a rendering issue that I will need to address (shown in the attached image).

It would help if you could first answer the following questions:
    1) Which files (including folders) need to be edited in order to customize the rendering?
    2) Which files need to be edited in order to customize the input forms?
    3) Where in the documentation does it explain the overall workflow when customizing the plugins?

There appears to be a problem with the way Venue editing is handled. There are 2 problems. The first is that there is only one address line, when there should be two. Alternatively, this should be a multiple line field that accepts carriage returns.

The second problem is the way the fields are parsed when the “Update” or “Publish” button is pressed after entering the venue information.

As an example, suppose my venue address is “Performing Arts Building, 2863 Kelly Chapel Road”. Note the comma in the middle (because there is only one address field provided).

As soon as the “Update” or “Publish” button is pressed, the field value changes to this:
“Performing Arts Building, 2863 Kelly Chapel Road, 2863 Kelly Chapel Road”. Note that everything after the first comma is appended to the value. This is then picked up by the shortcode, resulting in the bad formatting when the shortcode is rendered.

A temporary workaround is to avoid using commas in the address field. This is not ideal, but seems to work. In this case, changing the address to “2863 Kelly Chapel Road – Performing Arts Building” resulted in that text not being replaced with a badly parsed address.

I am having the same issue. Is there a way to “refresh” the events that have already been imported? For instance, if I make a few edits to the event description on Eventbrite, is there a way to simply re-import the same event from WordPress? Ideally, I would like to have a button that goes through and re-imports all of my previously imported events if they still exist on Eventbrite. It would be even better to setup a CRON job or something that would let me invoke the refresh function on a schedule – perhaps every night.
