Thanks for your quick response Cliff – I really appreciate it.

    Events Tickets 4.5.3
    Events Tickets Plus 4.5.3
    The Events Calendar 4.5.10
    The Events Calendar Pro 4.4.15
The Events Calendar Category Colours 4.6.8

Since I’m using the staging area – then the licences are not valid. But I have tried it on the live site, and I’m getting the same thing.

The problem does go away when I change to 2017 Theme.

If I go back to the makers of the theme (ThemeTrust) and say that the old version of Events Calendar on the live site works, then aren’t they just going to send me back to you? I’ll give a go anyway…

As the site specified above is a live site – I’ve restored the old plugins. Here’s the issue on the staging area, where I can now try deactiving all other plugins:

    live site: http://www.nationaltrust.je
    staging: ntj.indigolighthouseoptimeyes.com

here’s an example of a ticket page, in OSX Chrome, the number of tickets cannot be selected

thank you George – that’s a good start to get me going, at least with aggregating WP Events Calendar sites.

I’ve figured it out! I’ve entered all my events in EventBrite – then once the site is live, I’ll import them into WordPress.

    My issue is now resolved.

    thanks Geoff!

just to make sure I understand it correctly

The Events data is stored in the database of WordPress site. It sends this data through to EventBrite. I’ll need to enter the event data on the live site with the correct URL (not on the development site with a temporary URL, or the current live site which will be migrated to a new host). So I’ll have to wait until the new site is live before entering any event data (because data in the current live site, or in the development site will be lost)?

I was hoping to have all the events in there for when the site goes live, but if that’s not possible, I’ll just have to make sure there’s a team of people there to enter the event data as soon as the site goes live…?

Thanks for your quick response – and my stupidity, that I didn’t see that! – though I must be doing something wrong, as I’ve saved ‘Jersey’ and it’s still not appearing in the drop down list of countries, or allowing me to set it as the default country… If I navigate away from the settings page, and go back to it, my edit (adding Jersey) is no longer there.
