Dear EventsCalendar, I updated my licences today for EventsCalendarPro and Event Tickets Plus. I updated the plugins – and now I cannot select the number of tickets on Apple Chrome and Safari – but I can in Firefox. Chrome does not display the arrows for adjusting the number of tickets, and neither lets you edit the field. I haven’t tested other browsers/platforms yet. Please help! This is a live site – so I cannot deactivate all plugins or themes. Thanks, Jonathan. PS, is there a way of texting premium plugins on a staging server without me having to buy two licences?

live site: http://www.nationaltrust.je
staging: ntj.indigolighthouseoptimeyes.comhere’s an example of a ticket page, in OSX Chrome, the number of tickets cannot be selected

This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

Events Tickets 4.5.3
Events Tickets Plus 4.5.3
The Events Calendar 4.5.10
The Events Calendar Pro 4.4.15
The Events Calendar Category Colours 4.6.8Since I’m using the staging area – then the licences are not valid. But I have tried it on the live site, and I’m getting the same thing.
The problem does go away when I change to 2017 Theme.
If I go back to the makers of the theme (ThemeTrust) and say that the old version of Events Calendar on the live site works, then aren’t they just going to send me back to you? I’ll give a go anyway…
August 15, 2017 at 9:58 am #1335596CliffMemberThanks for those details. We load the WooCommerce fields, which is why themes’ customizations can sometimes affect what’s happening here.
Do you use regular WooCommerce product pages? If yes, do the quantity selectors work there?

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
