ParticipantThat stinks! The reason I need this to work is because we may have the opportunity to redevelop a website that is currently using a calendar that does that, through these guys: http://www.imgoingeventscalendar.com/industryleaders (the one we might get is peachtree city — so don’t look at that one as reference). They seem to have figured out a way to do it not only on wordpress sites, but Joomla!, MODX, as well as others.

ParticipantThat did it. I’m embarrassed to say that I didn’t even think of that. I guess I just assumed it was the latest version because I’m always keeping my plugins updated, when I see there are updates to be made.
Thanks!

ParticipantThank you!

ParticipantI do have a page called “events” but it’s slug is events-list so that I wouldn’t conflict.
The theme I’m using was custom made. I can ask my developer for help, but I’d need some sort of direction to give him.

ParticipantWhen I tested with a default theme this time, there was no issue. As I swicthed back to my theme I realized the page is displaying two errors. Have you guys seen these before?

ParticipantSo after looking at the link you provided me I found that the following short code is the one I need for my site, [tribe_events_list]. After installing it on my Calendar Testing page, you can see that is does not bring back any events, when I do have events on the main calendar page.

ParticipantHello,
Yes the calendar widget works just fine, the problem is with the shortcodes. I’ve added the shortcode [eventspot limit=”5″ /] to a page called Calendar Testing. The shortcode is bringing back there are “No active events”…which we can see from the calendar on the homepage that there are active events. Please click here to view the Calendar Testing page.

ParticipantI am having troubles with the the Event List in the widgets area. It is showing “There are no upcoming events at this time.” But I have plenty of upcoming events. Please advise.

ParticipantWe just reverted back to v3.9.3 and everything went back to normal.
