Disabled? Do you mean click on the boxes that say “Users will be limited to choosing from existing venues.” and “Users will be limited to choosing from existing organizers.” ? I just did it and those fields are still not accessible.

Thanks. No need to start a new thread as I just rolled to Community Events 4.4.1 and the new version fixed it. I had my doubts for a while there, but you guys (and gals) rock.

Hi. The Events Calendar has mostly been amazing and trouble-free. However, our site is experiencing the same conflict between The Events Calendar and Disqus (and the native WordPress commenting system as well.)

I’m hoping the next update simply fixes it. But if not, I’ll go through the steps outlined here to send you the detailed bug reports, etc.

I am having a similar problem at jamaicaplainnews.com. I use the Community add-on and oftentimes in the process of approving recurring submissions, somehow the system creates two series of recurring posts. Like frugalphillymom, the URLs are the same. This happens a lot. Thanks for any insights!
