    Thanks Cliff,

I really appreciate your support and unfortunately for us the event delete feature is a deal breaker sorry. Events change all the time for our clients so having to delete from two locations won’t suit them. Sorry to waste your time. Thanks!

    Hi Cliff,

Thanks for this, before I consider purchasing anything else I’d like to know if it will solve my issue. I’m sure you can understand my position, I don’t see the point in purchasing something that doesn’t solve my needs. Otherwise I’m better off moving to a different plugin that doesn’t have this import issue + removes deleted events from the site calendar.

    Thanks, Patrick.

    Thanks Josh,

Ok can I clarify one thing: if changes are made to an event from the source those changes are updated onto the website? If so great. Further to that, if events are deleted at the source are they then deleted from the site?

Now to answer your question, the issue may be that I first imported > then deleted all events as it brought through all historical events as well as future events (over 1000 in total) even though I set a start date. So I deleted all events and tried re-importing and started to receive the errors above. So do you think this is all related to me first deleting the initial import?

If so what can I do to essentially ‘reset’ so I can re-import fresh?

    Thank you!

Just to add to my woes, the script has run which is good but it has imported 1,370 events and ALL are historical, so before the start date instead of after which is the total opposite of what we want.

And on the importer screen it still says it has only imported 1 event.

Thanks for your reply, is there any plan in place to accommodate this need as I’d imagine a few users would like for existing events to be updated on import?

Based on what you have said above we have to manually delete the event from WP admin > then purge > then fetch? Can this be automated in some way so that our client doesn’t have to do this?

    Thanks George much appreciated,

Will you be able to let me know once the import issue is resolved as this is quite important not only for this site but for any future sites that we use the plugin for?

In terms of initial import, I literally just set it up and did the first import and then didn’t check it until the other day when I noticed that the latest update was Sep 6.

Thanks but for some reason I can no longer add events to my calendar. Would that have anything to do with the license key?
