ParticipantHi Victor,
Currently the issue seems resolved. I think I confused some threads, here I updated that everything seems to be working now. I asked the site owner to keep an eye on this as more tickets are sold. Thanks for all the assistance,
Ivan

ParticipantHold all horses! After deleting my test order, all tickets are in tune. Maybe just a coincidence, so will do some more testing later and report :].

ParticipantHi Jaime,
I see, thanks. The plugin was already updated, and I see the stock is reduced on all tickets when I place an order now.
It is not entirely smooth just yet though. As you can see on the site, not all tickets have exactly the same availability: 3 have 24, 1 has 23 tickets available. When ordering one, this becomes 23 and 22 respectively.

ParticipantIndeed stock management was disabled in WooCommerce. A rookie mistake – thanks Jennifer for the to-the-point solution.

ParticipantHi Jennifer,
The cost functions I can find (tribe_get_minimum_cost, tribe_get_maximum_cost, tribe_map_cost_array_callback) are all for finding the min/max cost for all events. Is there a function to retrieve just the lowest cost for an individual event?
Thanks again!
Ivan
