September 28, 2015 at 2:38 pm in reply to: Hiding past events causes event start date to equal event end date? #1009457integrityParticipant
Hi Nico,
The start date displays correctly if I comment out the
add_filter
line.
The start date also displays correctly if I comment out the$wp_query->set( 'meta_query', $new_meta );
line.The snippet of code that is displaying the start-end date is in my template’s tribe-events/list/single-event.php file:
<!-- Schedule & Recurrence Details --> <div class="updated published time-details"> <?php echo tribe_events_event_schedule_details() ?> </div>
I dug into tribe_events_event_schedule_details() and found that it was using tribe_get_start_date(). I tried calling tribe_get_start_date() myself and it returned the incorrect date (the end date).’
Bizarre.
Thanks, let me know if I can provide any more info!

June 30, 2014 at 11:47 am in reply to: Is it possible to display past events on the user's list of events? #262494integrityParticipantIs it possible to have a separate page with just past events? Something like ‘/events/community/past/’?
If not, what would be the best way to visually display them in a separate list?

Thanks!

April 23, 2014 at 7:17 am in reply to: Is it possible to add a reset or clear button to the event bar? #140372integrityParticipantMy question is about the event bar. Not the filter bar plugin.

April 16, 2014 at 6:41 am in reply to: Does tribe_get_embedded_map show map marker information? #133869integrityParticipantThe red map pin is there, but if I click on it I don’t get the pin details. I want the pin to display the details. TEC Pro does it on the /events/map/ page.

January 31, 2014 at 9:44 am in reply to: Custom role cannot edit Venues or Organizers without edit_posts #99269integrityParticipantAfter some further testing I’ve discovered that the custom role has the ability to create a new venue and organizer if they are created while the event is being created. Venues and organizers created by the role can be viewed and edited if I visit the respective submenu. If I click ‘Add New’ from the submenu page however I get the permissions error.
January 30, 2014 at 9:54 am in reply to: Custom role cannot edit Venues or Organizers without edit_posts #98816integrityParticipantCasey,
I actually did that before you replied – still no luck.
The only way I can make organizers or venues editable is by adding the edit_posts capability.
January 30, 2014 at 9:48 am in reply to: Custom role cannot edit Venues or Organizers without edit_posts #98812integrityParticipantCasey,
I created a separate fresh WordPress install with nothing but the Members plugin and The Events Calendar. I created a new role and assigned the permissions from the screen shot. I still receive the permissions error.
There are no other active plugins and the theme is the Twenty Fourteen theme bundled with 3.8.1.
