Hi Rob, can you update me on the expected release date of version 2.1 and more specifically the ability to create arbitrary re-occurring events. I have a client who is anxiously awaiting this functionality and we are being delayed because they are adamant about using it. Any idea when this will be available so I can give them a time frame?
Thanks,
StephenStephenMemberHey Y’all,
I appreciate the help and quick responses. Would y’all be willing to customize the large grid for me so that it work the way I need it to? If so, how much do y’all charge per hour?
Thanks,
BrodyStephenMemberThanks Rob,
I really appreciate it!

StephenMemberThanks so much for y’alls time looking into this. I really appreciate it!
Instead, would it be easier to modify the mini grid to act like the large grid? I really need the grid to be able to navigate between months. I tried doing this using the template and calendar functions found in the documentation here but was unable to come up with the right solution.
Thanks,
BrodyStephenMemberHi Rob, just hiding the toggle buttons won’t work (already tried that). I guess I’m looking for them to not access via direct url as well.
you can view my progress at http://test2.inspiredrevolutions.com/calendar/
Currently, when I use the previous and next month links on the top grid, it also changes the list view to the grid view.

StephenMemberAwesome! glad to hear that 2.1 should be out in the next 6 weeks or so!
StephenMemberHi Rob,
Thanks so much for the reply! I was curious if any other members here happened to have hacked GF to get this to work. I’m really looking forward to seeing the Community Events add-on!
StephenMemberI’m in the same boat, I’m using ECP 2.0.3 with gravity Forms for an opera company. Ideally I want 1 event listing that has arbitrary performance dates.
Any idea when 2.1 will be available? It’s incredibly important that my client can add in arbitrary recurring dates.
In the mean time, Is is possible to change the _EventStartDate to accept a string? Such that the GF user could enter their dates like so:
03/14/2012
03/16/2012
03/17/2012
03/21/2012The idea would be to implode the string into rows to separate the dates.
