When I go to add a ticket, why doesn’t the tickets I have already created in the ‘Products’ section pop up for selection? Any easier way to recover already created tickets or do I have to create each one from scratch each time?

My initial issue was that the tickets that have already been created last year are not showing up on the same recurring event. This years event is requiring me to add all the tickets again and doesn’t have an option to select any of the prior ones created. Why are the current tickets, which all show in the product section, not showing in this recurring event? Do they not continue to be attached to the recurring dates? Am I going to have to recreate them every time?

    Thanks

No that was easy. THANKS! Hiring option is a good one to know. Since we are a small non-profit, we get our work donated so its hard to pay for any service.

I am using Square right now for our store as it has great inventory tracking, report, and design ease. I noticed today that they have an events option to sell tickets that’s very easy. Ultimately I’d like to have everything facilitated within the site, but that may be another option if I can’t get these issues fixed.

I did send a ticket to WooCommerce to see if they have any discounts for non-profits but have yet to hear back. it appears to be a nice option its just getting the necessary programming done.

    Thanks again.

Thanks for your reply. This is above my ability and current understanding. Im looking into someone helping me with this as its a pretty urgent matter as we have upcoming events that are being advertised.

How about a simpler issue: Is there any way to resort the tickets? It appears as though the first ticket created will be the last one shown and I actually need it in the reverse. Do I have to recreate the tickets in the reverse order or is there another option? I don’t see a duplicate ticket option or I could do that with some ease.

    Thanks

Ok, so after review, here are some follow-ups:

    CATEGORY COLORS
I have couple dozen events but only a hand full are our group events which are all titled differently, though some are repeating monthly (meetings) or annual recurring events.

    1. I selected all the group related events and color coded them exactly the same. It did not change the calendar view of those events, but it did change all other events to a grey box/black text.
    2. Is there a way to categorize all our events as one legend so to minimize the list view on calendar?
    3. Is there a way to just have 1 legend show on calendar for our events only?
    4. Do I have to set up ignore code for all other events not color coded or can i just leave them blank?

    TICKETING:
I want to accomplish two things with registration:

    1. Collect info for future emarketing like newsletters, emails, etc.
    2. Require the registrant to read an event disclaimer, have a check box to acknowledge acceptance of disclaimer or additional verbiage like “By signing this form….. or Completing registration, you agree….”
    3. Select a package or have list of options to select and it will auto total. For example, we do motorcycle ride events that have registration fees for rider, passenger, lunch only, ride shirt.

Given these details what product would you recommend to facilitate this as simply as possible? Would a printable ticket be a better tracking system over printing a list of all online registrants for checkin?

Thanks in advance for your help.
