Hi Jennifer,

Thank you so much for getting back to me. That is exactly what I needed. I could not find that function to remove the automatic redirect anywhere so I really appreciate your help with this.

The only question I have is do you know if there is any easy way to add the custom event ticket fields on the main product page? What I mean by that is you can add custom fields to an event ticket and when you are on an event page you add the number of attendees and there is a that custom field option for each attendee. Do you know how I can add that functionality to the product page?

Thanks for all of your help with this. I think I was not clear in terms of the custom fields. What I was referring to is the Ticket Fieldsets that can be added to a ticket. Is there any way to import those or enable one by default for all events?

Hi Sky,

Thank you for following up so quickly. I do like the idea of using a temporary category. Do you know if there is any way in the import to set the status to be draft instead of published so that category would not show on the front end? One issue that I really need a solution to but can’t figure out has to do with the ticket capacity. When I import the tickets it shows as out of stock. I would love to be able to set the tickets to “Unlimited capacity.” Do you know if that is possible. The other thing I am having a hard time with is we have some custom ticket fields under the “Attendee information.” We add those to every ticket so I would love a way to add those by default. That can either be through the import or programmatically in the template. Do you know if that is possible? Finally, is there any sort of a log or anything that can tell me why certain entries were not imported? It just says some were skipped but it does not say why.

Thank you for responding to me. Unfortunately, if I do a SQL search for that key I do not get any values. I also tried doing an import with mapping the event id to that field but it did not work. Do you have any other suggestions. The other thing question is then how do you attach a ticket to a product. I am just hoping there is a solution to import the tickets and create products. Do you have any other suggestions or something I am missing.

Hi Everyone,

I too am getting this error and I tried looking into it a little more. I went to where the error is coming from on line 575 of that Main.php file. The code looks like this…

What I noticed is that apparently $item[‘item_meta’][ self::ATTENDEE_OPTOUT_KEY ] is not an array. So, if I make sure and check that it is an array first it seems to fix the issue. The only thing is I am not entirely sure what this optout code is intended to do so I am hoping I didn’t break anything. I am usually against changing code in a plugin for the obvious issues with updating but I needed it fixed because it is on a live site. So, this is what I changed the code to and the error is at least gone.
