ParticipantSometimes on an Android device, a QR scanner app will open a different type of web browser than what you normally use. So, it is important to log in as an admin within the web browser that is launched from the QR scanner app.

ParticipantYou need to be logged into your WordPress site, in the browser that your QR code reader uses, with a WordPress account that has edit permissions.

ParticipantHi Jennifer,
I resolved the issue by deleting the ticket from the post and re-creating it
with wooCommerce set before I saved it.When I created the ticket initially, I had RSVP selected before I saved it.
When I tried to subsequently update the ticket by selecting wooCommerce and
saving it, it would never switch to wooCommerce, however other aspects of
the ticket could be modified and saved. As I said, the solution was to just
delete the original ticket, then create it from scratch and select
wooCommerce before saving it for the first time.Phil
ParticipantThis morning, my ticket is now available, however when “Sell using” is changed to WooCommerce, a ticket price is set, and “Save this ticket” is pressed, when I go to the post, I can RSVP to the event without being charged.
