Thomas BlissParticipant
Good Morning,
I have upgraded to the latest version of WooTickets & WooCommerce and it seems that my “Pages” are now gone. The pages Im referring to are the ones found in “Pages Setup”. Clicking add to cart does nothing. All Pages are pretty much gone now. I can still see the calendar on the site. http://classes.northwestresponse.com
Thomas BlissParticipantOk.. First lesson… Never update without checking here first.
I received a tip from Neptune about going back to 1.6.6 and it worked. Here is the post link.
I just upgraded as well (although in a sandbox) and had the same result. I was able to restore functionality by deactivating but [not deleting] wootickets, un-install WC 2.0.1 plugin and then re-install woo 1.6.6 found here, http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/woocommerce/developers/ re-activate wootickets and you should up and running after a quick settings re-config… (takes notes of ALL your settings BEFORE deleting 2.01, and back-up just incase) *no guarantees here so back up
You can check out the response at https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/woocommerce-2-0-release/#post-41563.Thomas BlissParticipantBrilliant! Thank-you very much!
Thomas BlissParticipantThank you for this.. Will try this now.
Thomas BlissParticipantI should have checked here before updating. Hence tickets are broken for us. Anything I can do in the meantime? Our events are offline.
Thomas BlissParticipantMore Info:
Price field reads “false” in edit ticket after saving and updating. Stock cannot be retained either.February 20, 2013 at 5:07 pm in reply to: Sale date location problem (cant find what date sale is for) #33100Thomas BlissParticipantRob,
Thank you for getting back to me. To say that this is distressing is really an understatement. We have so much time and effort invested into this product that quite frankly abandoning the product is not an option. There are apparently no products available that will allow us to do what we need, we know because we tried them all. I just wish that we had more information before we hired a programmer to assist us with our unique needs. Spent countless hours trying to make things work, more money, more hours only to find out that what we hoped was going to be a a rather simple process is now going to take days to configure.
8 rather simple entries as a recurring events each month has turned into 96 separate entries
8 simple downloadable files per ticket has turned into 96 attachments. As much as I shall hate each keystroke, we will have to work with the product as it is. We simply ran out of time and options to do anything else.

This was the whole reason I bought this product. I am beyond disappointed. And there is no way to duplicate events to stream line the 100 events I need to enter is there? I have dropped allot of time and energy into this product, and money. Im just flat out pissed off at this point. I feel a deceived.
Thomas BlissParticipantHi again,
So I was in Google webmaster tools trying to highlight “events” so Google can find the pattern (Im sure you know what Im talking about) anyway.. I had a terrible time as the events as seen in Google are a horrible mess and I gave up after 30 minutes of trying to label tags correctly. And google gave me a message that my pages we unreadable, or some such thing. My concern is that my events that were posted in Eventbrite are coming across just fine, and my events in Wootickets/Calendar Pro are no-place to be found. I really wanted to get away from eventbrite, thats why I bought the tickets plugin and the Calendar Pro.
What am I doing wrong?
http://www.classes.northwestresponse.comThomas BlissParticipantHi Jonah,
So what I gather is that I don’t need to do anything extra?
TomThomas BlissParticipantI used Time.ly as well and really liked it however… it was broken, so hence Tri.be Calendar Pro.
What I really miss is the Agenda, and Posterboard view option. Tri.be is way to limited in that regard. Hoping that the Tri.be guys will add some more features to the product.
Thomas BlissParticipantIm not sure… I’ll have to send this over to someone that knows how to implement this code. Its beyond my knowledge.
Thomas BlissParticipantYes Sorry.. in relation to WooTickets.
Thomas BlissParticipantI figured it out…
