I dont even have an option to turn on a featured image in the screen options.

I’ll try to contact a TrueThemes tech person.

The only place I can add a featured image is on the back end… correct. The Event creation page does not have a featured image optionin my theme, only in woo commerce. But in woo commerce the featured images that are added, do not show up. I switched to twenty 11 and the add featured image, was there? I hadn’t seen that before when I switched. I have added a featured image to the event, and it stuck even after switching back to my theme.

So the issue is the theme and plugin not working well together.

Neil…. I just looked again. That image is not a featured image, its added to the event page. My featured images are not being shown at all.

I do not have the option of adding Featured images in the new event page, only in woo commerce.

Yes my theme allows for featured images in blog post, I have them on my blog pages.

I turned everything off, switched to twenty13, and still not showing.
No Images in related events either

I added images to this event:

Viewed in photo-view, and no images.

I can only add images if I edit event in WooCommerce.

I cant do a testing environment, right now, perhaps at a later date. Would you like access to my admin?

Alright… So apparently many pages went missing.

I just added them back and everything seems to be working again. So weird!

One additional thing that is bothersome is that the “Ticket” appears way the heck away down the page from the “Your order is complete – download your files” email. You would not know it was there if you did not keep scrolling.

But it looks like the initial problem is solved.
