    Hi all,
    I just bought the new Events Calendar Pro, and WooTickets today, and Im really excited by what I see so far.

    But I have a problem… So on checkout, I have an error that shows [jigoshop_cart] even though I have deleted all Jigoshop plugins. Site is currently in maint mode so you cant see it, however I can set you up for access.

    Hi, Thomas. I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying exploring your new software. That’s great.

    Since our expertise here is really The Events Calendar and the WooCommerce Tickets add-on, I’m afraid we can only be of limited help to you.

    From what you say above, it sounds like you probably need to change out the shortcodes, now that you’re not using Jigoshop anymore, for the WooCommerce version. Still, to be sure, your best bet is to contact WooThemes directly.

    I have deleted all of the Jigoshop plugins. How does one “change out the shortcodes”

    Hi, Thomas. Unfortunately, this isn’t something that we’re equipped to help you with. Please contact your other plugins’ developers for support with their plugins.
