Same issue as mike, but mine loses the event time not the organizer.
It makes duplicates with the weird 1970 date as well, they disappear when published tho.

Actually it seems the permalink trick did it, I just flipped W3TC back on and it still works.

Add a limit to the event description in Community Events! People are pasting in these huge press releases and it looks awful. Thanks!
