Question, will I lose the tickets data when I delete the tickets plus plugin and then install the 4.4.1 version?

Thanks Brook. I’m not seeing a tickets tab or section when I go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings >

I do not see the Event Tickets Plus to 4.4.1 version in my drop down options. I only show 4.4.3 and 4.4.2. I need the 4.4.1 version to upload. We are needing this to work before Thursday so this urgent.

In addition, activated the shortcode is causing an issue with the site. The backend of the site with any event on it now shows a blank white screen when I try to edit the page in WordPress. The only way I can edit the page is to disable the shortcode plugin.

I’ve re-added the shortcode plugin and added the shortcode on this page.

We have a page with the ticket form created and it shows both the shortcode and the standard ticket forms. https://davewilliams.com/2017-seminars/

How do we hide the non-shortcode form?

Does this solution only allow for ticket forms created on that page to show or is there a way to tickets that were created in an event to show on separate pages using an ID for that ticket form?
