ParticipantWe are using Events Tickets Plus and Woocommerce for ticket sales. We also have fields set up to capture attendee name and email to capture attendees when one person is paying for multiple attendee tickets. Here is a page example. https://davewilliams.com/2017-seminars/
This attendee info is not showing in the attendee list which means we have no way to check these people in when they arrive to the event.
Is this a known issue and how can we fix it?

MemberHi Kristy!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I am really sorry your are having this issue!
Unfortunately, this is a known issue and the team is already working to fix it as soon as they can.
The only workaround at the moment is to downgrade Event Tickets Plus to 4.4.1. Here’s a guide on how to accomplish this > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
I will change this thread status to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report so we will let you know as soon as a bug fix is released.
Best!

ParticipantI do not see the Event Tickets Plus to 4.4.1 version in my drop down options. I only show 4.4.3 and 4.4.2. I need the 4.4.1 version to upload. We are needing this to work before Thursday so this urgent.

MemberHey Kristy!
You should be able to select and download Event Tickets Plus to 4.4.1 now.
Let me know if it doesn’t. I’ll be alert to your reply.

ParticipantI see it now Victor,
Question, will I lose the tickets data when I delete the tickets plus plugin and then install the 4.4.1 version?

MemberHi Kristy!
No, you won’t because you that information is in the database, but always recommend making a full backup before downgrading any plugins.
There is a great information about WordPress backups here > https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
I hope that helps.
Best!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
