Disabled all plugins but:
The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.11.1
The Events Calendar: Community Events 4.5.1
The Events Calendar 4.5.5Also changed the theme to Twenty Sixteen and Twenty Seventeen. Also cleared browser cached each time. There are no new errors registering to the log file when all other plugins are canceled and the Twenty Seventeen them is activated (I cleared all old recorders from the log file) BUT – The problem persists. The drop down won’t drop and the console shows
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined at constructor.<anonymous> (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:1813) at Object.callback (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:681) at Object.query (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:507) at constructor.updateResults (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:1772) at constructor.opening (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:2028) at constructor.open (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:1375) at constructor.<anonymous> (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:2241) at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> (select2.js?ver=4.5.5:681) at HTMLAnchorElement.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3) at HTMLAnchorElement.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3)

The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.11
The Events Calendar 4.5.5Issue is not resolved
WP_DEBUG is set to true and also WP_DEBUG_LOG. Attached – the log file.
I saw some notices on the The Events Calendar Category Colors plugin which is also installed. Tried to disable it –

DoronParticipantHey
Did the steps described here
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/Did not resolved the issue
Changing the theme to twenty seventeen won’t fix it, neither does canceling all the plugins
What’s the next step? I can grant admin access if you want to take another look
Thanks
Doron
DoronParticipantThanks!
DoronParticipantIt also happen in the front end – in the add event form
DoronParticipantHey Cliff
That’s not exactly what I need. Using “Additional fields” option adds a separate additional fields section at the end of the forum, whereas the guys on 50out manage to somehow add it to the event_website section (id=”event_website”) – I was wondering if you could help me figure out how. (See Image attached)DoronParticipantI’m not sure I understand
1. Where can I see if the translation files are up to date?
2. Where Can see the location of the translation file?
/wp-content/languages/ and wp-content/languages/plugins/ has no translation files (.po / .mo) relating to the event calendar pluginI do see an mo and po file in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/ – but I’m not sure thos are the file being used in translation

April 23, 2017 at 1:45 am in reply to: Events are not added to back end after submitting on community form #1273192DoronParticipantOK – I found the cause to the issue.
I have WPML Multilingual CMS + WPML String Translation +
WPML Translation Management installed (I use WPML String Translation to translate your plugin). Once I deactivate the WPML plugins – the issue is resolved.We need the WPML plugins in our site (we can’t give them up).
How can this be fixed?
WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are activated – no errors. Here are my wp_config settings:
`define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true );
@ini_set( ‘display_errors’, 1 );Versions info:
WP ver 4.7.4
The Events Calendar 4.4.5
The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.6
The Events Calendar: Community Events 4.4.4
WPML Multilingual CMS 3.7.0
WPML String Translation 2.5.3
WPML Translation Management 2.3.0- This reply was modified 7 years ago by Doron.
