William LeeParticipant
Great! I figured it was something simple I was overlooking. Thanks.
William LeeParticipantOkay…I figured out the problem. I’m just not sure what to do to fix it. I realized that the aggregator was only pulling Google Calendar events up to one month out. But I want it to pull events for several months. How do I set up a scheduled import to pull events for more than one month at a time?
William LeeParticipantAll the options are showing up now. That took a full day! Not what I expected, but I’m glad it’s working now. I’d like to keep this ticket open a little bit longer so I can try out the import and make sure it works.
William LeeParticipantI removed the license key. I disconnected the site from my account area here. I tried deleting the transient “tribe_aggregator_services_list” but it won’t delete. I was able to delete “tribe_aggregator_origins.” I then re-entered the license key. Cleared my cache. Refreshed everything. Still nothing.
William LeeParticipantAnd I tried re-inputting the key but still nothing.
William LeeParticipantYep. My follow up post showed that status screen I believe: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/aggregator-not-working-despite-active-license/#dl_post-1537904
William LeeParticipantI’m also seeing a strange message (see screen shot). “0 imports used out of 0 available today.” Doesn’t make sense since the license is valid, and I haven’t done any importing yet.
William LeeParticipantThat’s all I needed. Found the problem quickly. The Divi theme gives a
place to set number of posts per page, and apparently it was overriding the
number I had in the TEC settings. Thanks! Will
William LeeParticipantYou’ll see in the video below that I’m using only TEC plugins/snippets and a child theme of Divi. (I have it set up on a staging site right now so I can experiment with finding a solution. That’s why it shows the license as invalid.)
William LeeParticipantOkay. When I switch to the default WP theme, it displays in the correct order. I’m using Divi. Do I need to contact developers at Elegant Themes, or is there something you guys can help with?
William LeeParticipantTo clarify, when using the shortcode [tribe_events category=”current-auctions” view=”list”] should I expect to see the next event as the first one in the list?
William LeeParticipantJust to clarify, the order is correct on the main events page. It’s when I’m using this shortcode that we’re seeing the events furthest out first: [tribe_events category=”current-auctions” view=”list” limit=”10″]

Let’s go ahead and move forward with the refund. We’ll be using a different system for the time being. Thank you.
