George,
Your second scenario is what I’m looking for. I understand that the purchasers name of the tickets is already included, I’m looking to actually add a field to the ticket titled “Attendee Name” and understand that it maybe the same as the purchaser, however it is very helpful to have the additional attendees names on the tickets.
Cheers,
Darren

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I’ll go through the information that you’ve so kindly provided and take a look. Also, thank you for the temp solution for having the tickets attached in pdf format and the customization of that solution.
Regards,
Darren

The css did assist in the ticket block on the event page, however, I have what looks like the same problem after you add the tickets to the cart.
I’m running the current version of Woo, 2.4.10. I suppose I need to contact the theme creator to inquire about updating the theme to support this version?
DarrenParticipantHello Cliff,
I resolved the issue that was being experienced that showed the blank screen and the header output issue. My apologies.
To answer your question, yes, the end users email address is correct. After further diagnosis w/ the host, there looks to be an issue sending mail from the site regardless of where trying to send from i.e, contact form, forgot password, user registration, etc.
It look as if this is host problem and not a plugin issue. Thank you for the reply and hopefully my host can resolve.
Regards,
Darren
