Victor, this appears to have resolved the issue! I removed the filter from both calendar import settings and the events imported with no problem! I ran the import another time and changed some details of the event and the updates appeared as well.
So I believe that was the problem then! I definitely appreciate all of the help!
CorryParticipantThanks for this Victor, I am trying to get the DEBUG mode enabled. I unfortunately don’t have access to our files and am trying to get the web developer to enable this so I can try reproducing the issue and then getting a log file to you.
Would the filters I have set up possibly be causing any problems? I have the filter set up to pull things on or after 2017-05-01 so we didn’t lose any past events before we were utilizing the Google Calendar and were manually adding events to our site.
CorryParticipantVictor, I tried searching for some of the missing events in the All section as well as the Ignored section and as you’ll see for the upcoming NCDR conference next week that nothing comes up.
I’m not sure if the import just needs to be set back up or if there is some sort of limit setting I need to change.
Thanks for the continued help though!
CorryParticipantThat is all correct but none of those shows are importing onto our calendar (link below). You’ll see a couple of them mentioned but I had to manually add them such as the upcoming NCDR. Even on our home page where there is a list of upcoming events, the future events aren’t showing except the ones I have manually added. I haven’t changed anything with the import settings or the filters currently applied to the import so I am not sure why they aren’t pulling into the website when the daily import runs.
CorryParticipantThanks so much Victor, I did indeed update the plugin last week and the issue appears to be resolved!
CorryParticipantThanks so much Courtney, glad other users are experiencing a similar issue so it’s nothing on our end. Should I just run my imports manually then and pause the future imports perhaps?

CorryParticipantSure thing! Below are the links to the calendars I have currently setup to import from…
Thanks again!
CorryParticipantThanks for this Courtney, I have deactivated the plugins and tested and still had no luck after manually running the import. My Event Authority is currently set to Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source.
It was working just fine, I am including some screenshots as well. As you’ll see on 7/26 and before the imports were not importing anything new, only updates but now in the 2nd screenshot it appears to be re-importing the events and also updating some events strangely.
Hoping to get this resolved and get rid of all these duplicate events.
Thanks again!
CorryParticipantThanks so much for the assistance again Victor, after updating the plugin to 4.5.4 the scheduled daily imports appear to be working correctly.
CorryParticipantThanks for this Victor, I have another question but not sure whether I should submit another thread or not but it’s somewhat in line with what we’ve been discussing. I am trying to figure out the best Event Authority for the import. I had it set to Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source but noticed if I modified the local fields such as the map because that was another issue when it would re-import from the source that it would override the map to not include the map preview anymore.
I would somehow like it to be tied to the original source in case the date changes or something but would like it to preserve local changes like the map preview. Is that possible with one of the three settings?
Thanks again!
CorryParticipantThanks for the assistance Victor, are there any updates yet? It still looks like my scheduled imports are not working.
CorryParticipantThanks Victor and I just recently setup this scheduled import with these 2 calendars, up until then I had been testing with another calendar and only running manual imports.
Below are the links to the Google Calendars I currently have setup to import as scheduled.
CorryParticipantThanks for the help Victor, I tried editing the import schedule first (specifically the time) and still had no luck.
Manually running the import did indeed work though.
