It’s the conflict of seeing last month displayed in the drop down.January 12, 2012 at 10:37 pm in reply to: Grid calendar showing last month instead of current month in the drop-down #13317corey
ParticipantI’ve just noticed I have the same issue. Is there a temporary hack around this?
corey
ParticipantThanks, I’ll take a look. Meanwhile please feel free to send me the pre-release if you end up fixing the issue beforehand.
I promised a client I’d have the functionality based on the release dates you gave me so I have to come up with something and hope for the best.
I suppose I should have subscribed to those other threads that dealt with the issue there as well.

ParticipantI completely respect the decision to put it on the back burner it would have been helpful if I had known that there would be longer delay. I could have been working this whole time on an alternative rather than waiting for a fix.
Again I wouldn’t have waited had I known it would be this long but since I was told the fix would be in 2.0.3, I decided to wait.
Can you recommend another calendar plugin I can use in the meantime?corey
ParticipantChanging the template doesn’t work. It breaks the visual editor.

ParticipantHi Rob.
Unfortunately I’m seeing no difference in behavior after upgrading the events calendar and the events calendar pro.
The Visual editor is broken when using “Default events template” and when using “Default page template” Every link on our navigation bar changes to “Calendar Of Events.”
Was the fix left out of the new version?

ParticipantCan you give me any ETA? I bought it close to a month ago and haven’t even been able to use it yet. I’m getting a lot of strong encouragement to have something.

ParticipantHi again,
Is there any update on when the 2.0.3 update will be available?
Thanks and hope you’re having a good end to your year.

ParticipantBest news I’ve heard all week. thanks Rob!

ParticipantUgh
Had a reply back from the headway forums:“We don’t support plugins. There’s just too many of them out there. I’d recommend contacting the plugin developer about the issue. If they can’t figured it out, have them contact us and we’ll work with them on the issue.”

ParticipantHey Rob,
The visual editor does work when on the Default Page Template but does not work when I switch to the Default Events Template. However I can’t use the Default Page template because of the Navigation Links issue change that I first mentioned. This issue has never happened before installing Events Calendar Pro.

ParticipantI just found another issue. Without the use of the visual editor I’m unable to create my sub menu on the calendar page, therefore I’m unable even link to the rest of the content area using the current Events Calendar Pro.
Here’s a screenshot of what’s returned when attempting to use the visual editor http://cl.ly/0t1d1s3M2c153L2G3o2E
I just posted this issue in the headway themes forum to see if anyone’s able to help and will report back.
Meanwhile do you have any suggestions for another calendar plugin that has similar functionality? I just need something to get be buy until 2.1 comes out.
corey
ParticipantI’m curious about an estimate because if It will be too far away I’m guessing my client will require I find an alternate calendar solution.
corey
ParticipantI’m very sorry to hear that.
Is there an estimate on when 2.1 will be available?
corey
ParticipantHey Jonah,
I cannot since “Headway 3.0.2 currently does not support upgrades from Headway 2.0.13 or earlier”.
Since I need to use the visual editor I’m afraid I’m kinda stuck. Is this something that can be fixed on your end?
