ParticipantI believe I resolved it.
I ended up adding two new pages and I used the [tribe_events] shortcode to modify what was displayed.
I made the “main calendar” the Programs Calendar, linked it to Google Calendar with Event Aggregator, set the import to categorize everything to “programs”, and used the [tribe_events] shortcode to only display the category “programs”; then I added the tribe_events shortcode to the Events Calendar page and set it only to display the category “fundraisers & more”.
I am a designer, not a developer so this was more challenging then I anticipated, and who knows if there was an easier way to accomplish the same thing. Either way I learned a great deal about your tools. Thank you.

ParticipantThanks Courtney. I appreciate the reply but I’m afraid that doesn’t resolve the problem/question.
The calendar we’re trying to import doesn’t include categories. All of the events on that calendar are specifically for Programming. The categories mentioned above were created in WordPress so we could display two different calendars using the filtering method we found on your website.
What do I need to do so the Programs Calendar displays the imported Google Calendar ONLY, and the Fundraising Calendar ONLY displays the Fundraising Events? These are two separate departments of the non-profit – they cannot share one Google Calendar. I have one day to resolve this before the grant deadline. I had no idea it was going to turn into something complicated so any advice is appreciated.

ParticipantThanks Jeremy. It’s resolved.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It might be a cache problem. Could you try to install and activate a
Transient Cleaner plugin such as this on
https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/e, to see
if that changes something? Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
