ParticipantI’m surprised that this isn’t a simple setting. How does a “non-developer” make this happen? All I’m finding in the knowledgebase are php edits, which really surprises me. Seems like a standard feature in all calendar apps.
Info: Right now we’re having to use [tribe_events] shortcode to display two different calendar views on two different pages. The main calendar imports Google Calendar, the second calendar views a specific category.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

MemberHi Christa!
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
I’m not exactly sure where you are trying to display the name of the month. Is it in one of the calendars you mention?
Please let me know more about it and I’d be happy to help you with this. You can send us screenshots as a reference.
Also, when coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.

MemberHi Christa,
Thanks for coming back with your system information and for sending over the screenshot.
Unfortunately, I can confirm that is a bug we are already aware of that happens only when using the [tribe_events] shortcode. The main events calendar does indeed show the current month title.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
