I have a personal account associated with one domain name. That domain name changed, and I followed the only instructions I could find on your site (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/) to disconnect and then update the domain. However, once I disconnected the option to add it disappeared. Please tell me how to fix this as quickly as possible, we have massive event coming up. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It might be a cache problem. Could you try to install and activate a Transient Cleaner plugin such as this one, to see if that changes something?
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
