hi no luck I down graded and didnt work. I even reverted website back a month and lost my website. Scary. The best option is to get someone to have a good look at it. Happy to pay. How do i proceed and how much will it cost. Note this function to select events to display on the front of my website is the most important feature for me. It used to work fine and as i upgrade the length of time inwhich events can stay up there gets shorter. At one stage there was not time limit ie i could have an event 5mnths away. Then as i upgraded it went to only posting 1mnth. The most recent is 1 week. Can i get some support cheers
yes definately happened when i added facebook plugin and updated. need to go back to old version. help

My web person said plugin was inactivated so she activated it then the whole website didnt show up and just hte error. I think this happened when i did an update. Now my website doesnt work at all. This is so bad. Desperately need your help
yes was built from scratch. The designers no longer build websites and i get fiverr girl to help. Whats confussing though is that i used to be able to post events months in advance and recently this has changed. The only variable is updates eg calandar. No changes have been made to the code, cheers
Hi geoff, i wrote to my IT helper and she said she didnt create the feature. It looks like its part of the event plugin under ‘custom field’. The drop down box has options: embed, layout, postion. showathome etc etc. She said i might want to send u index.php? She said there is a section to retrieve events and its output has restrictions – doesnt include the event that is not oct/nov but that restriction is not visible in the code.
hi george it now works. What seems to have happened was the product key/code etc that i got after the paying didnt register last night but today it registered and the button works.Thank you.
Hi George, firstly, my apologise for my comment about being frustrated.I misunderstood the function of this platform. I thought this platform is for the general public to help me. Thank you for your prompt response. The button doesnt go to an error page it goes to a page similar to my front page but just the header and footer and no content. It used to go to the form where people add their event. Thank you
