ParticipantHi Brian,
Unfortunately, our website is now live to the public, in that a press release was sent out to media outlets, and the public is now viewing the website regularly and in bulk numbers. I can’t made edits to the Events Calendar now.
What I can tell you is that when I tried to add latitude and longitude values to the Venue page for the event, to help Google Maps to recognize the event location for mapping, it then did display on the Map View, but noticed that a separate event that doesn’t use L & L coordinates then disappeared from the Map View.
Thanks,
DevonSue Sullivan
ParticipantHi Brian,
Thanks for your support.
I was reading through other forum threads on this topic yesterday, as I assumed others have had this issue. I would up renaming the list/nav.php file so it would be set to the default nav functions. This change fixed my issue. I made this change at EOD, and didn’t respond to this thread.
This problem is temporarily fixed.
I do have a follow-up question that is related to this problem, however. Once Event Calendar Pro releases another update, and a new list/nav.php file is generated, will this problem happen again?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Support,
My apologies for the early follow-up. My company would like this page to go live to the public in press release form in 1 hour. Any help you can provide me to fix this would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
Best,

ParticipantHi Brian,
Your fix for the single events worked perfectly. Thank you!
I have followed the Testing for Conflicts write-up, but to no success. The Event Calendar Pro Week, Map, and Photo filters still do not populate.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Brian,
Thank you so very much for your quick reply.
I went to the WordPress Settings–Permalinks–and re-saved the custom structure. That did not work. I tried using other permalink structures. That also did not work.
The map functionality also is not working on individual event pages, if that added piece of information helps with your trouble-shooting.
Thank you again for your added support; we’re trying to launch the site to be fully functioning tomorrow, so this is a very important issue for us.
Thanks,
Devon -
