HI Geoff,
Thanks for helping out. However, even after following the suggested steps, no ticket email bccs are being sent to admin id. Kindly see if you can help.

Hey Geoff,
I did not phrase my question correctly. I need the final ticket email to be sent to admin email id as well. How do I go about doing this?
