ParticipantHi,
I need the confirmation & order details email BCC to be sent to 3 event organizers. Currently, you do not have this functionality. In the pre-sales question, I had posted the same earlier. Now, we’ve bought this plugin. Kindly help me out with how to go about doing this. The test website details have been added.November 8, 2016 at 9:01 am #1189252Geoff
MemberHi @Chintan,
Do you happen to have a link to the pre-sales question? Adding multiple recipients to the ticket email is not a supported feature of our plugins as far as I am aware, but I’d like to check out what the discussion was in your last thread to see if I might be missing something.
That said, I do think it would be possible to BCC others on the ticket email with custom development. Here’s a snippet you can use as an example. It BCCs the website admin when a ticket email is sent and can act as a blueprint for adding more people to the email:

Cheers!

ParticipantHey Geoff,
I did not phrase my question correctly. I need the final ticket email to be sent to admin email id as well. How do I go about doing this?November 14, 2016 at 2:56 pm #1192123Geoff
MemberAh, gotcha — thanks for clarifying!
While there is no direct setting for adding more people to the ticket email, I was able to locate this thread that includes a snippet you may want to consider trying to make it work:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-ticket-email-to-admin-in-cc/#post-1133251
That example will add the admin to the ticket email when it is sent.
Cheers!

ParticipantHI Geoff,
Thanks for helping out. However, even after following the suggested steps, no ticket email bccs are being sent to admin id. Kindly see if you can help.November 25, 2016 at 2:15 pm #1197614Geoff
MemberHi Chintan,
Oh, sorry. The example I sent you does work, but it is meant for Event Tickets RSVPs instead of the Ticket email sent via WooCommerce.
While I do not have a snippet available for that specific scenario, you might want to try the one suggested in this StackOverflow post.
Sorry I do not have a concrete answer for you here, but I do hope this at least helps get the ball rolling in the right direction!
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
