ParticipantI got desperate and started troubleshooting. I read that plugins might be the issue so I double checked to make sure I didn’t have any unnecessary plugins. After trying to Hide & Ignore an event, I got a really long error message (that happened several times, btw) and looked over it this time for clues. It had something about WooCommerce in it so I went back and determined that I didn’t need WooCommerce at this time and deactivated it. The event I was having problems with had posted itself like 10 times so I deleted all of them and created a new one. Now I’m going back through and running all my imports manually and it’s working quickly and actually importing my events. MY problem seems to be resolved but your plugin needs to function alongside WooCommerce so that issue is one you might consider looking into.
Thanks.

ParticipantAnd to clarify, the events are not importing. So, it doesn’t just say unknown, it really isn’t importing the events.

ParticipantStill an issue.
Amy Burke
ParticipantI don’t know if it’s coming from the same page.
This event imported twice:

ParticipantIt would seem my plugins are all up to date and this issue still exists. LOTS of Unknowns.
Amy Burke
ParticipantThe number of “unknowns” have reduced although this issue is still not completely resolved. Also, some events are still not importing although it says the last date of import.
Amy Burke
ParticipantI’m still having this issue. Any update on the timeline for a fix?
