    I just refreshed the page and now it appears that the tickets are showing!!!! I think it’s working now 🙂

    Ok, I did as you suggested. I had already tried to deactivate all other plugins except yours and woocommerce and that produced the same results. This time I switched themes and was able to successfully publish the event with a ticket. I tried to switch back to my theme and update it, then I tried to make another new event with a ticket. I’m getting closer because now I can publish the event, however the ticket is not exactly showing on the event page. It says “Tickets” but it does not allow the option to add anything to the cart. I’m attaching a screen shot.

    Here is the file. Keeping my fingers crossed that it shows you what you need to see. I’m getting desperate to fix this as we have an event coming up that needs tickets. ugh

    I think I did what you instructed. Please try to see if I got it right. I’m going to try to make a new ticket right now and hopefully the errors will post.

    I did the first couple of things you outlined. I wasn’t quite sure how to enable the debugging thing and didn’t feel comfortable editing the php file so I installed a plug in called Query Monitor for debugging. My calendar Events Pro and Event Tickets Plus plugins are both up to date. I again tried to make a new ticket on an event and got the same result – big white screen with “-1” in the corner. I’m not sure what else to do from here.

    Before I do any testing, I would love it if you could just confirm that something is not functioning properly. Do you know of anybody is successfully using the Events Calendar with mobile IOS devices? Can you provide me with a link to any other website that is displaying a calendar so that I can check to see if the events are clickable on an iphone or ipad? I don’t want to go through this aggravation only to find out that the plug-in doesn’t support mobile IOS devices.

    I just read the article you shared about “Making Tickets” and it was all pretty straight forward. I followed those exact steps. So let me ask you one simple question . . . after taking those simple steps should some sort of “buy tickets” button automatically appear on my event page? I am under the assumption that it should and it’s not. Perhaps there is indeed another step that needs to be taken that I’m missing. I couldn’t find another step in that article but I just want to be clear that I’m not missing anything. I don’t want to go through all the work of checking for conflicts. I already have the event plugin working and if there’s no conflicts with that and I assume there shouldn’t be any conflicts with this. I’m in a big time crunch and I just want and need this thing to work as simply as your video describes it to work.

    I guess that arrow is better than nothing and I would like to add it. I’m just not sure exactly where to paste those lines of code that were in the thread you showed me. Would you mind explaining where I go to insert it? I think it would help usability.

    OK I just tried something. When I load the page, only the “month” option is visible. And when I hover over the entire box nothing happens. The cursor doesn’t change and the other views don’t appear. I had no idea that I could click to see the other options. When I do click the other options do appear. Since I’m building the page, and know those options should be there . . . and still didn’t realize that I had to click, nobody is ever going to know to click to see more options. Is this the way it’s designed to work???? Why don’t the other view options just show up without clicking? This is a very bad design if it’s working properly. I’m hoping that something is not working properly and you can fix it to automatically show all the various options.
