My Ticket is not showing up using Events Tickets Plus

I just purchased and installed Events Tickets Plus and created tickets for two of my events. I saved and updated the events, but the tickets are not showing on the site. I was expecting a button that will allow users to purchase a ticket but there’s nothing on the event page. It’s showing the cost properly, but there is no option to purchase. I see you’ve purchased Event Tickets Plus, our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.

Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.

You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.

Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event. Make sure you set proper quantity available, start date, and end date for each ticket.

Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (like at the link you shared) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.

I just read the article you shared about “Making Tickets” and it was all pretty straight forward. I followed those exact steps. So let me ask you one simple question . . . after taking those simple steps should some sort of “buy tickets” button automatically appear on my event page? I am under the assumption that it should and it’s not. Perhaps there is indeed another step that needs to be taken that I’m missing. I couldn’t find another step in that article but I just want to be clear that I’m not missing anything. I don’t want to go through all the work of checking for conflicts. I already have the event plugin working and if there’s no conflicts with that and I assume there shouldn’t be any conflicts with this. I’m in a big time crunch and I just want and need this thing to work as simply as your video describes it to work.

Sorry about the frustration and lost time. I’m glad to hear the issue doesn’t exist for new tickets. Thanks for letting me know.
