ParticipantHi Geoff – thanks for the reply.. my client is trying to make purchases as easy as possible for their clients booking Training courses on the site.. so their aim is that the client should be able to make the booking (for say 10 places), without having to fill in the names of each delegate attending (as indeed that may not be known at the time of booking).
So, we would be happy to go back in to the system, after the initial booking has taken place (as a back office function) – and edit/add amend delegate names .. this doesn’t seem possible with the solution you suggested?
unless… the site owner can access users’ accounts and enter details accordingly… think they and their clients would be happy with that approach if possible? .. Any thoughts advice would be much appreciated
thx 🙂

Participantsorry – my post didn’t seem to complete the some reason..
following an update of events tickets plus I was getting a fatal error message and couldn’t even log into WP Control Panel – I have rectified that now by renaming the events tickets plus plug-in directory using file manager.
my question now is how should I reinstall events tickets plus .. to ensure there is no failure .. and will I be able to keep my ticket data intact? many thanks
Colin
ParticipantThanks for the response – by way of feedback .. The solution you propose seems to be to export the individual attendee lists and then consolidate, add new feids and generally manage that data externally e.g. in a spreadsheet?. it seems a shame, as most of the date is “in the application” .. if we follow this route we will be developing an entire new dataset and application and way to manage it?
Unless you can tell me there’s an easy way to upload the spreadsheet back to the site .. and allow Management and client/user access there?
but thanks for the response
