ParticipantAs usual, you’re not following what I’ve been saying, for more than
a month. This plugin worked fine for several months.
Suddenly, about a month ago, it was no longer possible to create
recurring events. It has nothing to do with the theme.
I’ve installed a new theme, and it doesn’t work with that one,
either. As I’ve said, many times during this past month, I
deactivated all plugins and it still didn’t work. I’m obviously
far past the 30 days from purchase. I’ll be sure to leave an
appropriate review on the WP plugins page.Quoting The Events Calendar :

ParticipantOK. I’ve been much more than patient with this. My patience is done, as is my client. Tonight, I’ve redesigned the entire site, with a brand new theme and your Pro plugin still does not work. What you call support, is not what the world recognizes as support. I’m now using a different calendar plugin. I want a refund for the Pro.

ParticipantI’ve installed a new theme and the problem still persists. There’s no way to enter recurring events. I was told that the previous theme had an outdated jquery file, and that was causing the problem. This theme is a brand new Avada theme.
Kent
ParticipantWhen she tries to list recurring events, there are no recurring events fields to enter the necessary information.

ParticipantI guess there really isn’t any support for this plugin? The reviews I’ve read were very positive about support, but it’s been nearly a week and I’ve not been able to get any more help with this issue.
One last time, can I get some help with this?
Kent
ParticipantAny help available for this issue? My client has just about had it with this.
Kent
ParticipantToday, the title area is back to normal! However, my client still can’t create recurring events and that’s why the pro version was purchased.
Kent
ParticipantOK, so this is getting serious, now. My client absolutely must have this working, again. Her business depends on it.
Now, it’s no longer just the title area that has an issue. The calendar, in the widget area on the right, won’t go to the next month when you click on the >>. Also, you can no longer list recurring events! This is why she bought the pro version!
I’ve deleted and re-installed. I’ve shut down any plug in that wasn’t a part of the theme. And no, it’s not a theme issue. It was working just fine before the latest WP update, a week or so ago. It looks like this plug-in isn’t up-to-date with the latest WP.

Kent
ParticipantOK, the site is back up.
I have no way of doing all those things. I can’t take the site down. I suspect this was caused by a WP update.
Kent
ParticipantYep, I’m checking with the host.
Quoting The Events Calendar :
Kent
ParticipantHave you had a chance to log in and see what’s causing this?

Kent
ParticipantDo I need to deactivate it and then upload and install the new version? There’s no update link in the backend of WP for this.
Kent
ParticipantAnything happening on your end, with this?
