    Hi,

I’m currently using Event Espresso but hoping to move to a WooTickets Premium/WooCommerce combination. Would you be able to tell me:
    – If ticket details are fully populated in the order confirmation email?
    – If all data from WooTickets, including custom ticket variable details (e.g. t-shirt size, walk route choice) can be exported using WooCommerce Customer/Order CSV export or another CSV export method?
    – If custom ticket variable details are accessible in WooCommerce follow up emails (I am aware that basic events variables are from their documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automated-follow-up-emails-docs/email-variables-and-merge-tags/)?

    Many thanks,
    Penny

    Hi Penny,

Thanks so much for stopping by–we’re thrilled to hear that you’re considering making the switch to our plugins for your project! 🙂 Our WooCommerce Tickets product has been superseded by the new and improved Event Tickets Plus (which maintains the WooCommerce compatibility of its predecessor), so I’ll be answering your questions with this plugin in mind!

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi,

Thanks so much and so sorry I didn’t stop by sooner – I didn’t receive a follow up via email so thought it was still pending, glad I checked in!

Can you also tell me if you can handle ticket numbers IE assigning incremental ticket numbers to an order (if you bought 10 tickets could they be numbered 1-10, then the next person buying tickets would receive numbers 11 upwards)?

I work for a hospice – is there any refund policy if the plugin doesn’t do what we need it to?

    Many thanks,

    Penny

    Hi Penny,

Thanks for following up–so sorry to hear about the trouble with our email notifications, though I’m glad that you thought to pop by! 😀

Ticket numbers are assigned incrementally, yes; a ticket number will typically begin with several letters and/or numbers that represent an abbreviated version of the post or event slug, with the actual number following after a hyphen. For example, tickets sold for an event titled “New Year’s Eve” might be numbered as follows: NYE-1, NYE-2, NYE-3, etc.

We’re happy to offer a full 30-day refund policy for all of our products, so you’re absolutely free to try them out and see how they work for your setup before committing. Should you discover that they’re not an ideal fit for your needs, you’ll find our refund request form on the policy page linked above–just fill it out and submit, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Penny,

You’re very welcome (and thanks so much for your kind words)! We hope that you’ll enjoy working with Event Tickets Plus once you’ve gotten it all set up on your site–and don’t forget that we’re just a click away here on the forums if you should have any other questions or concerns! 🙂 I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out since you’ve marked it as resolved. Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else that we can do for you!
