May 30, 2017 at 7:19 am #1290741VictorKeymasterHi Mike!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.
What do you exactly mean by FUE? Are you referring to another plugin? Let me know about this and how you set up the emails to be sent.
Also, when coming back, could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks,

4.5.2May 31, 2017 at 11:33 am #1291413VictorKeymasterHi Mike!
Thanks for coming back to us with the sys info.
I’m not really familiar with the Follow-Up Emails plugin, so I’m not sure how it works for sending Emails. Perhaps you could ask WooCommerce for support and see if they can help you with it.
I’m sorry I can’t be of much help here, but we can’t really give support for something we didn’t build.
I hope you can get that working though.
Please don’t hesitate to ask any other question you may have and I’ll be happy to help as best I can. 🙂
Best,
VictorJune 1, 2017 at 7:28 am #1291742MikeParticipantI encourage you to take a look at what the left hand is doing. Your co. suggested that the woo follow ups were a solution to the absence of same in your ticketing program. Elsewhere in the forums, discussions exist about using these programs together –
June 2, 2017 at 6:15 am #1292303VictorKeymasterHi Mike!
Thanks for following up on this. I’m sorry if I misunderstood what you were requesting here. It seemed to me you were trying to make some sort of customization with the Woo Follow-Ups extension, which we do not support. However, we do like helping out and at least point you in the right direction in customizing our plugins.
I am not really familiar with the Woo Follow-Ups extension, could you please let me know a bit more about how it is you are trying to make it work with our plugins? and where is exactly the issue you are having? You can even send us a screenshot and I’d be happy to take a look and help as best I can.
Thanks again, and sorry for the confusion. 🙂
Best,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
