    I think Ticket Fieldsets may help me set up a “Will Call” feature for our attendees. However, I can’t seem to find any documentation on it. Could it be used for Will Call where people pick up tickets at a box office prior to the event rather than having them mailed or printing them at home? Where can I read more about the intended use of Ticket Fieldsets?

    Hey Rob,

    The fieldsets could, indeed, be the right feature for something like a will-call service. That depends on what information you want to collect for the will call.

    Sorry for the trouble here, @Rob. I took a look and confirm that, while the fieldset seems correctly configured, it is not displaying on your front end.

    This reveals that Event Tickets Plus is at version 4.1 on your site—can you update this to 4.1.1?

    It also shows that Events Calendar Pro is at 4.1—can you update this to 4.1.1, too?

    This will bring all of your versions to 4.1.1 together which might help.

    You posted information again, but with no comments about it—to be clear, are you implying that issues are still persisting? I.e. updating did not help?

    Just want to be certain about the nature of things!

    Yes, sorry. The problem still is happening. I’m not seeing any indication that my Will Call fieldset is appearing anywhere.

    I’m so sorry for the trouble here, @rob, but I have tried repeatedly to reproduce this problem and cannot recreate it no matter what I try.

    With that in mind, then, it’s possible that your theme or other plugins are conflicting with our ticketing plugins and preventing the additional fields from displaying.

    To help investigate this, I would recommend doing the complete set of the troubleshooting steps described here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    After EACH STEP in that process, go to your event with that ticket and ticket additional-info field and see if it shows up at all anywhere along the way.

    I’m sorry to recommend this, but I cannot recreate any problems with getting the fields to display and there is no evidence of other possible causes of things at this time other than a theme or plugin conflict, which the above steps will reveal….
