"View My Tickets" Not working

    Hi

    When I click on “View My Tickets” nothing happends. In fact when I try to view my order it just redirects me to my profile page. I suspect it might be a conflict with woo commerce and avada but would appreciate any help

    Thanks for going pro and welcome to the forums!
    Let me try to help you solve the issues. In order to do that, could you please do the following 2 things:

    1. Share with me your system information in a private reply. Here’s a guide on how you can do that.

    2. Run a test for conflicting plugins and themes based on this guide, and check whether the problem still exists with a default theme (e.g. twentysixteen) and only the calendar plugins and WooCommerce activated:

    I can confirm there is some kind of conflict with my Avada Theme. The “View My Tickets” works fine in the default theme.

    Unfortunately with Avada activated when I click on the “View My Tickets” it goes to the new “www.mysite.com/event/eventdescription/tickets” link but it kind of just refreshes the current page rather than going to the correct page.

    I do hope this can be sorted as I bought Events Calendar through a reccomendation from Avada!

    Hi Kieran,

    Thanks for sharing the sysinfo and running the test. Fear not, we will sort it out somehow.

    It looks like that the Avada theme is doing a redirection when going to that link or doesn’t have the ticket page set up. Unfortunately we cannot help with fixing themes, so I would recommend to contact the creators of Avada to check this out, they should be able to provide a fix for it.

    I will leave this topic open, would be happy to hear an update from you.
