Participant“Fix – Improved JSON LD output for events by outputting the correct UTC offset where required (our thanks to Nina and many others for flagging this issue)” this issue has not been resolved on our site, http://familyarena.com, running PRO 4.4.19.
Example: https://www.google.com/search?q=family+arena+events&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

MemberHi, Amanda.
I visited your site and chose a random event: http://familyarena.com/event/st-louis-ambush-vs-milwaukee-wave/
I put that event into Google’s checker: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/
This event’s JSON-LD markup includes:
"startDate":"2017-11-11 13:05:00","endDate":"2017-11-12 04:00:00"Is this event actually from Nov 11 1:05pm to Nov 12 4am in the Chicago timezone? (A screenshot of this event’s wp-admin event edit screen might be helpful.)

ParticipantHi there,
No, the event is from 7:05 am to 10 pm CST.
Here is a screenshot of the event edit screen.November 8, 2017 at 3:51 pm #1378554Cliff
MemberI tried replicating this but wasn’t able to. I tried using PHP 5.3 (you really should update to PHP 7 per https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/), UTC-6 as the WordPress timezone (you really should use a city-based timezone for the sake of DST), and I tried a few other things.
Therefore, since this isn’t currently a known issue and I wasn’t able to replicate it, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
