    Hello,

    I use the plugin Event Tickets Plus (www.strengthacademy.nl) with the licence key //edited by admin for security purposes

    Unfortunately I am not able to update the plugin. Still receiving error messages after the update.

    How can I fix it?

    Could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

    Are you having problems when trying to update your plugin or after the installation has been made?

    Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and perform manual updates > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/

    Could you please let us know more about the error messages you are having? You can send us a screenshot of the error messages.
