KeymasterHello Heather and welcome to the forums! Let me try to help you with your issue.
As a start I would like to ask some more details.
Could you send me your system information so I can check if there is anything unusual in your setup? Here is a guide on how you can do that.
Also, can you be a bit more specific with the “same issue”? If you post a link to a thread where this is mentioned that already helps a lot. If you write me more details that’s even better. 🙂
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Andras
Thanks for your reply and sorry I’ve not be clearer in my request.
In my particular events there are 3 ticket types.
Basically just want to be able to edit the names they enter on their tickets – and also have that information appear on the tickets we send out. This information is taken from the custom ticket fieldset I have created as you see in screen dump below. This is part of new functionality but only for ‘users’ who have created an account. As an administrator can’t I access all of this information? Where is it kept?
I’ve sent the above to our developer to try out. Thank you.

KeymasterHello again Heather,
At the moment there is no official way for the admins to enter the data the customers have entered. Only with that snippet I provided earlier.
As for putting the custom meta data on the ticket I will need to look around a bit to check. My first guess is it is only possible with some major customization work. I’ll get back to you on that.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Heather,
Indeed, at the moment adding custom meta data to the tickets can be achieved via some custom coding. Unfortunately we are limited in supporting customizations, but I can share with you this list of freelancers who could help you achieve what you need. They are not affiliated with Modern Tribe or with The Events Calendar.
If you think this would be a nice feature to implement, then you can submit it on our UserVoice page or upvote an existing idea.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Heather,
Do I get it correctly that your original 2 questions (1. Tickets did not print with attendee information.; 2. editing attendee information) have been answered?
On the product change, I’m sorry, I don’t quite understand this. Can you give me more background on this?
Why is this process needed in the first place? What does the consumer do / want? How does the website owner need to respond? Send new invoice? New tickets? The more details the better.
Thanks,
Andras
PS: In case you have other issues or questions, then feel free to open a separate ticket for them. We can handle multiple questions in paralel, it will be easier to handle and you will get answers faster.
