Hello there,
I have followed the tutorial video precisely as it’s explained on the tutorial video i found here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B32mV0cGGJlhYl92d3hTNUt3YUE/view
I believe that my issue may be an .htaccess rewrite issue but i wanted to check with you guys. I’ll provide link & login details in a follow-up response if need be.
Essentially what happens is i have the API all set up proper with the video, but when i “Get Authorization” then Allow on the eventbrite side, i don’t get redirected to the event calendar settings page i end up on a webpage(seems to be the 404, not 100% sure I personally didn’t build the site or theme. http://www.stonehousefarm.com/tribe-oauth/eventbrite/?code=<removed>
It’s like it’s being redirected and not successfully authorizing. API works fine, I was able to add it to KeyRing but not to the Event Calendar API area.
Please let me know what your thoughts are.
Aaron
April 25, 2017 at 9:37 pm #1274495CliffMemberHi, Peter.
Thanks for your detailed message and sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
I see you’re running PHP version 5.3.24. You need a more recent version of PHP to use both WordPress and our plugins. Please reference https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
After taking care of that with your web host, here are the rest of the recommended steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
